What are Flower Essences?
Flower essences are the blossoms of plants prepared from a sun infusion in a bowl of water, then further diluted, potentised, and then preserved with brandy. These preparations embody the distinct imprint, or energetic pattern of each flower species.
How do I take them?
Flower essences enjoy a reputation of being highly effective and very safe to use. Flower essences, or flower drops, can be taken directly from the stock bottle. A few drops, four times a day are typically applied under the tongue. Alternately, three to four drops of stock essences are mixed into a litre of purified water that is sipped throughout the day.
Bach Flower Essences
Edward Bach (24 September 1886 - 27 November 1936), was a British doctor, homeopath, bacteriologist and spiritual writer, best known for developing a range of Bach flower remedies, a form of alternative medicine inspired by classical homeopathic traditions. Each of the 38 remedies discovered by Dr Bach is directed at a particular characteristic or emotional state.
